Tough one – I would have to say my honeymoon in Majorca. We stayed in a private villa on a beautiful resort that had outstanding views. Also, they have the best olives and almonds in the world!

Easy – S&M by Metallica – the S&M stands for Symphony and Metallica and features the San Francisco Symphony!
Best Sporting Experience
The 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester – watching Dame Kelly Homes win the women’s 1500m was a particular highlight!
Best Film
Really tough one and this probably changes every time I am asked! Right now, it’s the Silence of the Lambs.
Best Book
My all-time favourite would have to be The Lord of the Rings trilogy – my current favourite is Nevernight by Jay Kristoff.
